Company Name Change
Effective 1 February 2002 HMP (Europe) Ltd company name changed to Apta Group Ltd.
In March 2000 Hybrid Memory Products Ltd merged with Apta Group Inc of San Diego U.S.A, changing its name in the process to HMP (Europe) Ltd as an interim step towards full integration into the Apta Group Inc business. With integration now complete Apta Group Ltd will specialise in supply of electronic component packaging solutions. The high reliability and industrial grade memory product line will be marketed under the HMP brand name.
The name change will not result in any changes to company registration number, company location, organisation, or resource. Apta Group Ltd will continue to supply high reliability memory components and industrial memory solutions and will service existing backlog in full while making every effort to grow memory and high density interconnect business in Europe
Any orders placed after 8 February 02 must be placed on Apta Group Ltd and not HMP (Europe) Ltd.
